Where we deliver
Ksubiishop ships only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays (New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
Example: An order placed on Friday will be processed by Tuesday.
Delivery time
After processing, delivery within the continental US takes 3–5 business days. This starts when the carrier picks up the package.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders – no minimum purchase, no hidden fees.
Carrier selection
We automatically select a carrier based on your location and package size (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). You will receive a tracking number by email once the label is created.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier backlogs, or other events beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after shipment, please contact us.
