When payment is charged
- Credit/debit cards: authorization hold at checkout; actual charge when order processing starts (within 1-2 business days).
- PayPal: funds reserved immediately upon order submission.
Payment failures
If payment fails, we will email you within 2 hours. You have 7 calendar days to update payment information; otherwise the order is cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy. After we initiate a refund, your bank may take 7-10 business days to post the funds.
