30-day return window
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your item to request a return – for any reason, including change of mind.
Condition for return
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (including tags if any). We cannot accept items that show wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts.
Return shipping cost
For standard returns (change of mind or non-defect reasons), the customer pays return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service. No restocking fees.

How to start a return
Email info@ksubiishop.com with your order number and the reason for return. You will receive a return authorization and instructions within 1 business day.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (within 1–2 business days), we issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refund timing
After we process the refund, your bank or card issuer may take 7–10 business days to post the funds.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, final sale items, and products marked “non-returnable” on the product page.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
