Ordering & Shipping
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. Every order shipped to the 48 contiguous United States is free. No minimum purchase required.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We process orders in 1–2 business days. After that, delivery takes 3–5 business days. For example: order on a Monday → arrive by the following Monday.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We do not take Amex, Discover, or other methods.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an item for any reason (including change of mind). Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: For standard returns (change of mind or non‑defect reasons), the customer pays return shipping. We do not charge restocking fees. If the item is damaged or defective, we cover return shipping.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email info@ksubiishop.com with your order number and the reason for return. You will receive instructions within 1 business day.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: After we receive and inspect your return (1–2 business days), we process the refund. Your bank may take 7–10 business days to show the credit.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will pay for return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

A: We work with manufacturing partners that meet our quality standards. Details may be found on each product page.
Q: How can I be sure about product quality?
A: Every item goes through a visual quality check before shipping. If you are not satisfied, our 30‑day return policy applies.

Order Changes & Issues
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing us. After that, the order may already be processing and cannot be changed.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: No. We require a valid street address within the 48 contiguous states.
